8. Online Training

Participants are responsible for maintaining suitable internet connectivity, compatible devices, software and audio/video capabilities required for online participation unless otherwise agreed.

Yantrikmedha is not responsible for interruptions caused solely by a participant’s device, internet service or local infrastructure.

9. Consultancy Services

Consultancy assignments may be governed by a separate proposal, Statement of Work (“SOW”), engagement letter, Master Services Agreement or other written agreement.

Where such an agreement conflicts with these general website Terms in relation to the relevant consultancy engagement, the specific written engagement terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

10. Confidentiality

During corporate training or consultancy assignments, either party may receive non-public business, operational or technical information belonging to the other party.

Where applicable, such information should be treated confidentially and used only for the purpose for which it was disclosed, subject to the relevant engagement agreement and applicable law.

11. Third-Party Certifications and Technologies

References to third-party technologies, products, certifications or trademarks are for identification or educational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Yantrikmedha’s training concerning a third-party product or certification does not itself imply endorsement, partnership or accreditation by the relevant third-party organisation.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and transfers are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any programme-specific conditions disclosed before purchase.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yantrikmedha will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of its website, educational services or materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Force Majeure

Yantrikmedha will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, internet or infrastructure failures, public emergencies, strikes, civil disturbances or other force-majeure events.

Where practicable, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected programmes or provide an appropriate alternative.
