Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by a Participant

Unless different conditions are clearly stated for a particular programme:

Cancellation more than 07 (seven) calendar days before programme commencement:

Eligible for a refund of the programme fee, less any disclosed non-refundable registration/administrative charges and charges already incurred, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation within 07 (seven) calendar days of programme commencement:

Fees may be non-refundable, but Yantrikmedha may, at its discretion, permit transfer to another eligible programme or future batch.

Cancellation after programme commencement:

Ordinarily no refund will be provided after a participant has commenced or accessed a programme, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.

2. Digital and Recorded Content

Where a participant receives immediate access to substantial digital course materials, recorded sessions, downloadable resources or similar digital content, eligibility for refund may be restricted after such access has been provided, subject to applicable law and any terms disclosed before purchase.

3. Webinars

Free webinars do not carry refund entitlement.

For paid webinars, cancellation and refund conditions displayed during registration will apply.

Where Yantrikmedha cancels a paid webinar, participants will ordinarily be offered either:

• Transfer to a rescheduled session; or
• Refund of the amount paid for the cancelled webinar

4. Cancellation by Yantrikmedha

If Yantrikmedha cancels a programme and does not provide an acceptable rescheduled session or equivalent alternative, affected participants will be eligible for refund of the applicable programme fees paid.

Yantrikmedha will ordinarily not be responsible for incidental expenses such as travel, accommodation, loss of earnings or other indirect costs arising from cancellation, except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed.

5. Rescheduling

Where a programme is rescheduled, participants will normally be offered enrolment in the revised session.

Where the revised schedule creates a material conflict for the participant, Yantrikmedha may offer a transfer, credit or refund depending upon the circumstances and applicable programme conditions.

6. Participant Substitution

For certain programmes, a registered participant may request that another eligible individual attend in their place.

Substitution is subject to prior written approval and may not be available for programmes where personalised access, assessment, licensing or certification requirements apply.

7. Corporate Training

Corporate training, customised programmes and consultancy engagements may have cancellation terms specified in the relevant proposal, purchase order, Statement of Work or agreement.

Those specific terms will prevail for the relevant engagement.

8. Promotional and Discounted Programmes

Special promotional programmes may carry separate cancellation, transfer or refund conditions.

Any such restrictions should be communicated before payment and will apply subject to applicable law.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.

After approval, processing may require approximately 7–10 business days, although the actual crediting time may depend upon the relevant bank, card issuer or payment service provider.
