This Student Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Yantrikmedha Solutions LLP (“Yantrikmedha”, “we”, “us”) and any individual who registers for, enrols in, or attends a training programme, course, workshop or webinar offered by Yantrikmedha (“Student”, “you”). By registering for or attending a programme, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Enrolment and Eligibility
Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed registration and, where applicable, payment of the prescribed fee. Yantrikmedha reserves the right to decline or cancel enrolment at its discretion, including where a programme has reached capacity, where eligibility criteria are not met, or where information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
2. Programme Fees and Payment
Fees for each programme are as displayed at the time of registration. Full payment (or any instalment schedule expressly agreed in writing) must be made in accordance with the terms communicated at enrolment. Access to course materials, live sessions or certification may be withheld until payment obligations are met.
Cancellation, transfer and refund requests are governed separately by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Attendance and Participation
Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually and participate constructively. Where a minimum attendance threshold is required for certification or assessment eligibility, this will be communicated at the start of the programme. Yantrikmedha is not obliged to provide make-up sessions for missed classes except where expressly agreed.
4. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to engage respectfully with trainers, staff and fellow participants. Yantrikmedha reserves the right to remove a Student from a programme, without refund, in cases of harassment, disruptive behaviour, academic dishonesty, or violation of applicable law or this Agreement.
5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, recordings, exercises and related content provided as part of a programme remain the intellectual property of Yantrikmedha or its licensors. Materials are provided for the Student’s personal learning use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold or publicly shared without prior written consent.
6. Recorded Sessions
Certain sessions may be recorded for educational, quality or archival purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. By participating, Students consent to being included in such recordings where relevant, unless they notify Yantrikmedha of an objection in advance.
7. Assessments and Certification
Where a programme includes an assessment, quiz, project or examination, certification or a certificate of completion may be issued only upon meeting the criteria communicated for that programme (which may include minimum attendance, submission of assignments, or a passing assessment score). Certificates, where issued, reflect participation and/or performance in the specific programme and do not constitute a professional licence, degree or statutory qualification unless expressly stated.
8. No Outcome Guarantee
Yantrikmedha does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary outcomes, or the results of any external certification examination as a consequence of completing a programme. Programmes are intended to build knowledge and skills; individual outcomes depend on multiple factors outside Yantrikmedha’s control.
9. Use of Personal Information
Personal information provided during registration and participation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yantrikmedha’s liability arising out of or in connection with a programme shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the Student for that programme. Yantrikmedha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of income, opportunity or data.
11. Changes to Programme Schedule or Content
Yantrikmedha may, where reasonably necessary, modify the schedule, trainer, delivery mode or content of a programme. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled Students in advance where practicable.
12. Amendments to this Agreement
Yantrikmedha may update this Agreement from time to time. The version in effect at the time of a Student’s registration for a particular programme will govern that enrolment, unless a later version is expressly agreed.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, without prejudice to any non-waivable statutory rights available to the Student.
